What are the different types of Powerpacks?
Top Up Pack
Buy electricity or gas credit as often as you want, helping you stay ahead of your energy bill payments. For example, pay $10 and receive $10 worth of credit.
Future Powerpack
Receive extra credit for your future energy usage when you pre-purchase Future Powerpacks when we offer them. For example, buying a $30 Future Powerpack in October 2024 will give you $37 of electricity credit in November 2024*. Stay on top of your energy bills with extra credits available on Future Powerpacks.
*The value and timing of the electricity credit may vary periodically.
Special loyalty and reward Powerpacks
